The parents are required to visit the school Admission Office, obtain the application form on non refundable payment of Rs.300/, fill out the application form and submit the same on or before the stipulated date. Alternatively Parents may also download the application form online by clicking on the link given there.
Once the form is filled online, a printout of the same is to be taken and the hard copy of the completed form is to be submitted along with the other required documents at the school office.
